Exposure scenarios are part of the process of chemical safety assessment. The process of chemical safety assessment can be carried out repeatedly. An exposure scenario is a set of conditions that describe how the production or use of the substance during its whole lifecycle, and how to control exposure of humans and environment, which the manufacturer or importer uses or recommends downstream users.
